Booking Fee / Deposit *

I agree and understand that a non refundable deposit will be required at the time of confirming an appointment date. This amount will go towards the final session and/or total amount of the tattoo. If I choose to reschedule less than 48 hours time I will forfeit my deposit. If I cancel my appointment all together I will forfeit this booking fee/deposit.
